Also a special mention to Betta and her hatha class. Between wave, intensive, hatha, yin, yin and yang and aerial yoga, there is something for all tastes at Yoga Wave. The quality/price ratio and the flexibility in choosing the type of subscription are truly advantageous. The care that Arianna and Ruggero put into their business also includes maintenance of the spaces, which are always clean and tidy. A pleasure to practice yoga by and with you!

Of the yoga centers I have attended since I have been practicing yoga, this is the one that made me love every practice. Arianna and Ruggero are excellent teachers who know how to perfectly balance the practice of asana with everything that revolves around the world of yoga. Arianna and Ruggero are wonderful, kind teachers and people who put anyone who enters the studio at ease. The delicacy towards practitioners can also be seen in many small precautions: a herbal tea, books to consult, the possibility of leaving one's personal mat there. Life is hard and full of commitments, always in a hurry, but everything changes if you do Downward Facing Dog at the Yoga Wave studio, where you can turn your body and your point of view upside down. Arianna and Ruggero, in fact, welcome you with their serenity and calm and take you into the world of asanas: a journey inside your body and your mind, an internal landscape that opens up new possibilities. To welcome you there are also two little dogs, Lula and Leon, who contribute to making the environment truly warm and hospitable. The cuddles that the two give each other are returned to you by Ari and Ruggi with their attention, including food and drinks which are never lacking in the soft lounge at the entrance. Warning: it's addictive!

At Yoga Wave Studio I found human warmth and professionalism. Arianna and Ruggero are always available and attentive, especially at secretarial level. I always recommend it to anyone who wants to embark on a path of psychophysical well-being.

A very zen and relaxing place, an oasis that takes away from daily stress. The managers, as well as teachers, are very knowledgeable and kind. Furthermore, the school offers very flexible attendance options, so you are not necessarily tied to attending a single course or the same time slot, which I really appreciated! I am very satisfied with my choice!!!

Beautiful place. The children's yoga course is fantastic, my daughter loves going there every week, both for the teacher, for the place, the activities they do and certainly also for the biscuits and fruit-flavoured water she finds every time 😊 The owners Arianna and Ruggero are also super kind and helpful.
