I started attending YogaArte about 8 years ago and immediately realized that I had found my "place". The yoga style practiced immediately struck me, involved and passionate. The center is a well-kept place where you feel in harmony with yourself and others. It is here, thanks to the teachers Michela and Flaminia, and their passion and seriousness, that I decided to undertake the yoga teacher training course. I just completed the 250h Yoga Teachers course and I already want to do it again! Although it requires a lot of commitment and study, it was compatible with work and other commitments; It was a wonderful experience that enriched and changed me. The teachers have a preparation that is difficult to find, they have an effective teaching method that leads you to achieve any result, even unexpected ones. If you love yoga, if you are even just interested in learning more about and studying what you practice, or if you want to become a truly trained teacher, this is the place for you. During the course, important notions of anatomy, biomechanics, subtle physiology, philosophy and history of yoga are acquired; you learn to build the structure of a lesson, with attention to the rhythm, the adaptation for each level and physicality of the students, the principles of teaching, relaxation techniques and much more, acquiring a complete training. After such a positive experience I am sure I will continue to rely on the teachers for my training. In fact, the center offers 500h and 760h advanced level courses and specializations in yoga for children and prenatal yoga, as well as thematic insights with workshops and retreats open to all practitioners. YogaArte is a magical place! I immediately fell in love with this place and the teachers: Michela and Flaminia! They are special and with a preparation that is really difficult to find. The center is clean and well-kept where you can breathe harmony and well-being. Thanks to the love of the teachers, my passion for yoga and dedication they involved me so much that I decided to start the yoga teacher training course! I just finished the 250h training course and it was a crazy journey! It profoundly changed me, it helped me get in touch with myself, to feel and free myself, both physically and internally. Michela and Flaminia have an extraordinary teaching method, they accompany you, always helping you to overcome any limit. You will study the human body and how it works, you will immerse yourself in the very interesting history and philosophy of yoga, you will learn the principles of teaching, how to construct a lesson, how to practice assistance in the room and much more. In short, a truly important life path is very interesting. I will continue to practice and train with them and will continue to recommend it to anyone who loves yoga and is looking for a serious and welcoming place: a refuge for the heart.

The passion for physical and mental well-being and for movement led me to choose the YogaArte school as a pillar for my training in yoga. I did the Level 1 Yoga Gymnastics course (250h) and I had a great time. Michela and Flaminia are very knowledgeable, they know how to transmit all their knowledge both on a theoretical and practical level in a unique way. This school was a discovery for me and over time it became home. Because practicing here means feeling at home. The way in which the teachers conduct and curate the practice is unique in the current yoga panorama. The determination, seriousness and at the same time the lightness with which they transmit this passion was the reason that led me to choose to undertake the teacher 250 course with them. It is certainly a challenging path, aimed at those who really want to delve deeper into the yoga study. It requires a lot of dedication and perseverance but at the same time it offers high level training and the essential foundations to be able to grow as a teacher and, above all, as a person. The theoretical part of the course includes in-depth lessons in every aspect, from history to anatomy, and is always accompanied by teaching material available to the student. The practical part is a real journey through the Scidra Yoga method. Furthermore, anyone who decides to undertake this path will always find a point of reference in their teachers.

The YogaArte training course is undoubtedly demanding, it implies study and perseverance; at the same time it provides the theoretical and practical tools to start teaching, with the limits of each level. The teachers are prepared, attentive, available and follow each student with passion.

Not even the lockdown discouraged them, always efficient in offering a quality service. I started attending this school a few years ago and have never stopped practicing. I met YogaArte in 2013 starting to practice MovingYoga with Michela and Flaminia. I immediately felt that what I was starting was the right path for me. I had never practiced yoga before and so had no idea what it was but I was in the right place. From there I started practicing frequently, the two teachers were really welcoming, stimulating, patient (I was afraid of all the asanas at the beginning and blocked the lesson saying I couldn't do them). I immediately understood that YogaArte was the possibility of embarking on a journey, starting from awareness of the body to arrive, perhaps one day, at a more subtle awareness. Naturally at the beginning it was mainly the physical well-being that led me to continue. The teachers are always attentive to the students in the room, helping and correcting them during practice. Over time, getting more and more into the practice, I understood also thanks to Michela and Flaminia, that learning to listen to each other is something deeper. Practicing yoga doesn't just translate into feeling good. YogaArte is my port, the place where I feel most free, welcomed, listening. Thank you

I attended a practice in this Yoga center because I was interested in their teacher training course. Right from the start, one of the two teachers (the older one) made herself unavailable towards me, resulting in a decidedly rude and offensive attitude, even on a physical level. Never in my life (and I have several years of practice in Italy and abroad) have I felt so unwelcomed in a place that should on the contrary promote openness, sharing and peace. I don't wish such an experience on anyone. (Obviously other more famous and accredited centers accepted my application with enthusiasm, judging me perfect to undertake the teaching career)
