If you are looking for a competent, friendly and engaging Pilates instructor, LALLAPILATES is the place for you. The lessons are managed collectively but Alessia never fails to observe the participants individually, giving advice and following her students' positions step by step. The hours are varied and also in the evening time slots which allow for a greater opportunity for workers to participate. A big applause to Alessia for her humanity and professionalism.
