I've been coming to class here for about 20 years, in a small group, just an hour a week, a little... and yet it does. I skipped a year and felt the difference, the following year I signed up again. I really like the teacher, who is always attentive to our needs and corrects our mistakes, as are my group mates. The environment is friendly, relaxed and non-competitive, clean, spacious and well lit. Always pleasant.

The best of Pilates in Turin! Very knowledgeable, patient, empathetic and helpful teacher. Very clean environment, cutting-edge machinery. It already presents itself very well starting from the reception. I solved postural problems with Prof Monica, I have been following her for years now. Super recommended for anyone who wants to work with Pilates SERIOUSLY in a nice, simple and jovial environment (which doesn't hurt!). Thank you for the commitment and seriousness with which you work.

Pilates Nove is not just a gym, with Annagrazia first and then Chiara I managed to find consistency in doing physical activity (almost utopia for me at first) and derive great benefits from it for the body and also for the mind. The environment is fantastic: familiar but also very serious and professional. We can't do without it anymore! All also thanks to the super work of Mariachiara, with whom the communication of organizational issues is always simple and fast.

Excellent pilates center with thirty years of experience. We work above all with the large pilates tools (cadillac, reformer...) which help the movements. Individual or small group lessons (max 4 people), added value for those seeking tranquility and professionalism. The teacher who follows me is good and friendly, empathy, hospitality and patience are precautions that make the difference!

Exquisite hospitality, highly trained teachers (with Monica as a reference it couldn't be otherwise) and attentive to everyone's needs, possibility of individual or small group courses, osteopathy.
