Indi is a highly trained instructor, punctual and capable of adapting the lessons to the student's needs. Personally, I benefited greatly from the private lessons, which continued during the pandemic online, and above all I learned to pay attention to correct breathing and psychophysical well-being. I had to temporarily stop due to personal problems and I notice that my body has taken on the tone and elasticity that I had (not even so hard) acquired.

Indi is very careful to understand what is best for you in every single lesson. Depending on how you are and your energy (physical and mental) she will create the ad hoc lesson for you. And every time you finish you always feel energized and relaxed at the same time.

I have been following Indi since March 2020 and her lessons have been a lifesaver during the lockdown. The enthusiasm and passion he transmits as he guides you through the Asanas is pure energy. So, even if from a distance, I choose her a thousand more times, I close my eyes and let myself be guided.

Life doesn't allow me to practice often at the moment. But every practice enjoyed with Indiana was an intense and ultra-beneficial experience, for the body and the mind. The face-to-face lessons are incredible, Indiana looks at you and listens to you and creates the perfect path. I swear!
