I discovered Indi's lesson offer on Instagram and since last year I couldn't do without it. Even though it was my first approach to yoga, it was love at first sight: Indi is very prepared, her desire to continue training shines through and she manages to convey to you the desire to learn and delve deeper into what she explains, before starting the practice. His group lessons are a real experience, he takes care of everything in detail and carries it out with passion.

Indi is a highly trained instructor, punctual and capable of adapting the lessons to the student's needs. Personally, I benefited greatly from the private lessons, which continued during the pandemic online, and above all I learned to pay attention to correct breathing and psychophysical well-being. I had to temporarily stop due to personal problems and I notice that my body has taken on the tone and elasticity that I had (not even so hard) acquired.

Indi is very careful to understand what is best for you in every single lesson. Depending on how you are and your energy (physical and mental) she will create the ad hoc lesson for you. And every time you finish you always feel energized and relaxed at the same time.

I have been following Indi since March 2020 and her lessons have been a lifesaver during the lockdown. The enthusiasm and passion he transmits as he guides you through the Asanas is pure energy. So, even if from a distance, I choose her a thousand more times, I close my eyes and let myself be guided.

Indiana is professional, follows the course participants with attention and passion so that everyone makes the most of their potential. There is no shortage of moments when you laugh; at the end of the lesson I am relaxed, aware and entertained!

Life doesn't allow me to practice often at the moment. But every practice enjoyed with Indiana was an intense and ultra-beneficial experience, for the body and the mind. The face-to-face lessons are incredible, Indiana looks at you and listens to you and creates the perfect path. I swear!

Enthusiasm, passion and the ability to convey it in a simple and direct way. Deep knowledge of the Yoga world not only from a purely "academic" point of view, but with a holistic and therefore complete approach.

A highly trained and precise teacher, she adapts the lesson not only based on your requests but also based on your state of mind (which she understands very well). Super recommended!
