I like to practices yoga because I found it really helps on my body and mind. Yoga postures bring a host of physiological and biochemical benefits to me, some of which include greater flexibility and join range of motion, greater range of motion and strength and endurance, yoga practice has improved my immunity and better hormone function.
It is also helps to refreshing my mind and renews the spirit. Through the yoga’s breathing technique, it certainly does help to take my mind off from the hustle and bustle of daily life, so that I can think better and be more creative mind. Yoga makes me to appreciate life, be more energetic and optimistic, now I am able to get in touch with my inner self by heightening my self- awareness.
