I've been attending classes with the teacher here for more than a year now, and I can honestly say that I don't know anyone who better embodies the wellbeing possible through yoga practice. I've been to several studios in the US and abroad, but this has been the best experience I've had with yoga, all because of the teacher. She really works with each of her students at a personal level, and encourages them to understand their own bodies and limits, and to push those limits. I feel very comfortable in her classes, and she is an incredibly warm and supportive teacher. She also extends her practice outside of the studio, volunteering extensively and practicing compassion in her daily life, something I very much admire (and unfortunately something lacking from many yoga communities in the US). Recently, I also had an Ayurvedic massage at her studio. I'd never had one before, but it was a wonderfully relaxing and energizing experience, and she was able to adjust the massage according to a recent injury of mine. She also has great snacks (on a recent visit, raw date and coconut balls, lemon-ginger juice, and nuts). Heartily recommended!
