We booked via booking. Nothing mentioned in the description about the fact that there is no road. So we booked it. Even though I have a broken foot. But then after the booking is confirmed, I get an email that there is no road. And that we have to walk up fifteen minutes. So I go to booking, to cancel. But according to booking, canceling would mean having to pay the full 240 dollar for two nights. So I decide to gather my strength and try to go up. Took me two hours. I get up and the room looks not worth the money. Old junk and smelly. So I ask for the WiFi, because I want to check the booking site. But the WiFi does not work. By that time I am really tired and disappointed. I had to almost crawl up for two hours for this? So I called the owner. He was understanding. He told me that we could cancel it free of charge no problem. I told him booking would not allow that. That I had already checked that. He said it would be no problem. So I dragged myself back of the hill again. Taking a taxi to a nicer place, for about 1/3 if the prize. Than I contact booking to cancel it free of charge. Like the owner said. But then, after crawling back down the hill, after taking a taxi again and booking another hotel, then all of a sudden he changed his mind. Now we would have to pay for the room. I am outraged about this fraudulous company. Have never been treated so bad in my life!
