Pilates Studio Anna Mora offers an extensive Pilates repertoire in groups and private/semi-private setting: Mat classes of different levels Advanced personal equipment training Reformer and Springboards Pre- and Post-Natal classes Specials Our schedule is enriched with a variety of classes, ranging from slow and focused to upbeat and fun cardio: Cardio training: Barre Concept, BalletFit, Jumping®Fitness and Essentrics Gyrokinesis® for body and mind Dance We believe the pleasure of dancing is for everyone, beginner or professional.
