Studio M Pilates

Studio M Pilates Studio M Pilates is located in Badhoevedorp, near the Mill of Locks. The layout of the two medium sized studios is light and spacious. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. We have 4 reformer devices, cadillac, chair, barrels and all kinds of attributes supporting pilates classes. The Pilates graduates of Studio M have been trained and certified by recognized international Pilates training organizations. We offer a comprehensive program of Pilates classes such as: private, duo and group reformer and mat lessons. The group classes consist of 3-9 persons, classified by level from beginners to advanced. The purpose is to teach with a personal approach. We do this by giving individual attention and direct directions during the lesson.
