The Movement Practice Pilates Studio

The Movement Practice is a Pilates Studio and Teacher Training Center in Oud-West, Amsterdam that seeks to enhance public health through movement study and daily practice. Joining The Movement Practice is taking part in an invigorating journey to reach your body’s goals. Whether training as a student or a teacher, regardless of background or level, TMP creates programs and building blocks that help you reach these goals. Pilates Privates, Duets, Semi-Privates (trio), Pre/Postnatal and Group Classes on Mat and Equipment are offered 7 days a week. At TMP we practice and learn together, with pleasure.
