Moving from your core Pilates, GYROTONICÂ® / GYROKINESISÂ® method, 3dBodyÂ® Release and Flow are motion systems with emphasis on breathing, precision, alignment, coordination and flow; smooth sequences moving from the center of the body to the rhythm of breathing. Practice improves flexibility, coordination, power and energy. The exercises are both enjoyable, relaxing and challenging. This training can be a refreshing experience that works through your daily life. Pilates Group lessons Pilates classes make use of classical and contemporary tools that support the correct performance of the exercises. The Mat and Cadillac exercises with the Spring Pilates unit are central: a spring resistor that strengthens the Powerhouse and deepens the understanding of the exercises. In addition, the stability ball is regularly trained: playful, dynamic, energetic and focused on balance between the deep stabilization muscles and the big muscles of motion. Pilates practicing is not age-bound and, in principle, not subject to physical limitations as the exercises are adjusted to your fitness, ability and experience. The atmosphere is non-competitive; Participants are offered the exercises at their own level, so that everyone makes progress in a safe way. The lessons are playful and balanced of construction, so your mind and body are invited to work together.
