Ashram Yoga

This year when we went into level 4 lockdown i was lucky to be part of a 6 week online course which was a wonderful precurser for the level one training. It gave me the opportunity to to dive deeper into my understanding of the practice and connect with the highly knowledgeable teachers of Ashram yoga at a time i was otherwise unable. I look forward to seeing the evolution of the Ashram online forum as a resource to continue on this journey. I couldn't recommend the online course any more highly. ??

ashram yoga is an amazing studio with so much to offer, through Mind, body, and spirit. everyone at Ashram yoga has such deep knowledge and for everyone to share it and allow people to learn and begin there journey, or to dive deeper into their already made practice is awesome. Ashram yoga 100%

The silent retreat was a very special experience. Such a beautiful peaceful location, delicious healthy meals, great teachers, clean and comfortable facilities. A week later, I still feel uplifted and inspired. Will definitely be coming back!

I highly recommend Ohui Retreat. I've stayed three times over a couple of summers. The yoga teachers are amazing, and you leave each class feeling so relaxed, stretched and happy. The location is incredible, right on a stunning quiet beach. And the surrounds of the retreat are super relaxing with lots of areas to chill in, and even a cat and dog to cuddle and scratch! The food is delicious, healthy and abundant, and it's such a treat to have 3 meals a day prepared for you. I'll definitely be back. Thanks.

I have stayed at Ashram three times now. Each stay I received exactly what I needed to refuel my soul. It’s a space that allows you time for what you need, recovery, relaxation, good company - it really does offer it all. The location is divine, being right on the beach you’re able to ‘escape from it all’ very easily; the food is sensational, you can literally taste the love, and the staff and yoga classes are the perfect mix of friendly and zen. I look forward to many more stays here.

For a good, safe, grounded hatha yoga class - Ashram Yoga provides practical, well balanced yoga classes incorporating asana, pranayama and meditation &/or Yoga Nidra... and their teacher trainings are the best ??

I had a great time in Ohui during my stay in New Zealand! It helped me a lot to reconnect to my body and gave a very positive vibe to the trip. The teachers were great, available for questions and the food always on top. Warm thoughts from Japan!

Regular visits to Ashram Yoga Retreat show me so much. The moment I arrive, I remember why I keep coming back. There’s a magic to this place that defies words. The tranquil, stunning beach and bush surroundings. The delicious freshly cooked yummy food. The sheer experience of being embedded amongst authentic yoga- classes, meditation, kirtan, lifestyle- all of it. And the people are so lovely, kind, friendly, funny and helpful. I never want to leave and inevitably extend my stay. Enjoy.

I cannot express how incredible the teacher training level 1 has been. The structure of the course has the perfect amount of practical and theoretical time. It is definitely an intensive course and even though it might not feel like it at the time, there is enough space given to digest the information ?? it has given me the skills and confidence that I needed in order to take yoga out and share it. Not to mention the idyllic location! Thank you so much Ashram for an incredible journey X

One day to go on the level one teacher training. I can't believe it's almost over!!! Such a picturesque setting, such amazing teachers. Every class with Atma was filled with laughter, the easiest way to learn! So many ways to consolidate the learning... From circle classes (no prep needed), to partner practice, to teaching full classes, to creative posters... Variety of teachers taking the early morning classes. Jam packed month! Highly recommend!!
