Had such a lovely experience trying yoga for the first time, couldn’t be happier that I took the beginners course. It was challenging, strengthening & relaxing! I loved the way Penny instructed us. I learned so many things and I can’t wait to be back, thank you Urban Yoga!

Open and welcoming to a overweight beginner. Haven't been on the mat in 3 years and I was made to feel extremely comfortable. Amazing practice. Best thing I've done and the best place I've done it all year. Namaste
