Healium

A wonderful health and wellness establishment with a lovely community of people. It is a pleasure to attend and teach at this yoga studio. I would recommend this organisation to anyone in need of healing, or to become acquainted with the incredible ancient practice of yoga.

I've taken a handful of classes here as I bought a package 8-class pass (which is an incredible deal). The teachers are absolutely wonderful people, and made me (as a beginner) feel so comfortable. I took classes with Jenifer and Esther and both are lovely, taking the time to actually get to know me. The positive atmosphere is the perfect way to end the work day. I can feel myself get rid of the stress and leave in a much better state than I came in. Before choosing a yoga studio to go to I read a lot of reviews of places - all the reviews about Healium are so true and I really wouldn't go anywhere else.

I really enjoy the relaxed environment where you are able to be yourself. The Healium teachers help you embrace the body you have. Recommend to everyone that thinks yoga looks easy, whats to tone their muscles or stand a little taller. With hands on (if you want) positioning so you get the best from your body while calming the mind and releasing the tension of the day.
