I am very grateful for this amazing experience at Shambhavi Yoga Peeth. I understand now that yoga is not just a physical exercise, but a complete lifestyle. Teachers who are grounded in this way of life talk with their heart and in a comprehensive way. They have absolutely inspired me for my teaching in the future. I really enjoy the fact that Shambhavi Yoga Peeth is a school for everyone. You don’t have to be already a yogi. You just need an open heart and an open mind for this culture and this spirituality. I learned the entire Astana primary series in a month. It was really difficult, but the dedication and patience (as well as a push when necessary) the instructors had were superb. Great instructors. I especially liked the philosophy and anatomy courses. These men had volumes of knowledge and I learned a lot. Food was excellent. Have fun
