Had the BEST yoga class of my LIFE today, the Vinyasa class at 9am. Teacher Shanna (I believe was her name) was amazing and the flow of the class and ease into the poses was so incredible. I feel absolutely amazing after that class!! Can't wait to come back for more!

The East Greenwich studio has a great selection of beginner and slightly advanced classes. The instructors are super friendly, accommodating, and welcome you with open arms and an open mind! Everyone I’ve met has been very friendly, supportive, and fun to be around!

I love this yoga studio ! The variety of classes is amazing and all of the teachers are awesome and so welcoming. My favorite class is the yin class taught by MJ. She’s so sweet. I recommend everyone to go here !

Love The Studio! Traveled from PA to attend The Chakra Immersion led by Jurian Hughes. The space was warm and the group of people were welcoming. Most of all, the owner of the studio was truly kind. Thank you, Joan, for your heart-warming friendliness.

I've been a way for almost 4 months. Coming back into ATM reminds me of why I do yoga here. The front desk people are always smiling and welcoming. The classes I take here are so varied I am bound to find what fits my needs on any given day. Most recently the Yin Yoga Mediation Teacher Training exceeded my expectations. The space held for us was done with great compassion. Being in a room full of so many people could be intimidating for me, but I soon realized I felt safe, and empowered. A part 3 was mentioned. I'm all for it! ?
