I never thought that learning to feel my breath could calm my thoughts, I could let them pass without being trapped and disturbed. Entering into that stillness of feeling, recognizing myself, knowing that I am loved and learning to identify emotions, accept them, feel them and release them, is a truly healing experience and that Edu taught me with his classes and helped me to achieve it.
The method that Edu teaches is very complete, it begins by demonstrating with facts and history the importance of conscious meditation. I also love the respect that he shows in all religious and scientific beliefs.
