Pedro’s teaching style has allowed me to find peace and compassion with my own body. I started doing almost full primary and went back to zero after a SI injury. He guided me through my own process with patience and a lot of insights to understand the root causes of my own journey, and most importantly to find what suits well to my body on this moment in time. My practice could look pretty much the same from the outside now but I have found so much ease and insight. All by getting the right guidance at the right time. One Love Yoga is a great place whether to start or just continue your very own practice.

One Love is a great place to learn, whether you are a newbie or someone looking to deepen your knowledge. In my case, I arrived a few years ago without ever having practiced yoga in my life, and now I started the instructorship. It's a one way trip . Pedro's company makes learning easy, because he teaches with theory and also by example. Totally recommended.

I got to know Mysore-style Ashtanga Yoga here and I was delighted, both Pedro and Juan Pablo convey that confidence that makes you want to continue learning, they take great care that each posture is as comfortable as possible and when you are just starting they give you variations to each posture, they are pending of the alignments and they help you when you still do not maintain any well. The love for this discipline is felt in this Shala, I recommend it ❤️🙏
