I was too lazy to do exercises, I got tired very quickly, until I arrived with the teacher Helena (super cool) she completely changed my chip, all movements are slow, smooth and controlled to avoid back and joint injuries; all the strength comes from the center of the body and I have really reduced measures and now I have a better posture and strength and every time I feel my body more toned.
