Love this place. Daniel knows just how much power and energy put into one. He challenges you and intensifies the positions with his help. It’s exhausting but I’m progressing fast that’s what motivates me. Daniel takes time for each individual and everyone can go in his rhythm/flow. It is highly recommended. Not a problem for noobs either.
