Very happy with my personalized yoga classes to overcome muscle pain. They help me a lot to recover my health and I finish the classes as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I came to Siddhi Yoga by chance, looking on the internet for an Iyengar yoga class, that would stay close to home. I was very surprised and grateful from the first class. It is a space that allows me to connect with my interior through the body. And Fernando, in addition to all his knowledge and experience, is a person who intuitively understands the need and search of each student in practice. It is providing me with many tools to release tension not only on a physical level, but also on a mental level. It is a therapeutic space that I recommend without a doubt.

A very deep experience! Although anatomy and physiology are essential knowledge that they teach with a lot of patience, the practice is directed in such a way that all the aspects that Yoga proposes to us are made aware and lived: far beyond asanas. In Siddhi Yoga I was able to understand the correct postures for my limitations. In the individual practices, the assistance of the teachers (Fernando and Alexa) allowed me to transcend those limits to the right extent and thus understand the limitations of others to be able to teach. There is a very clear progression that allows you to gently delve into the different layers of the personality. The use of elements to complement the postures allows people of all ages to enjoy the benefits and the presence of the teachers supports the practices by transmitting all their years of experience. The teachings that they transmit were transmitted to them by great yoga teachers in India and that is felt at every moment. During the teacher training and the specialization workshops they accompanied me to build a daily practice (Sadhana) learned by them in different study trips (BKS Iyengar - Bihar School of Yoga). I feel very grateful to have been able to study with them.

Siddhi yoga is a serious school and committed to the discipline of yoga. It ranges from the original traditional yoga, to the beneficial adaptations of modern yoga such as the use of elements. In my case, having received adjustments and adaptations of the asanas was fundamental for the improvement of the surgical grade scoliosis that I was able to carry without major discomfort during the more than 15 years that I studied with them. In addition, thanks to his spiritual path, I was accompanied to India where I received three initiations in Diksha mantra, Jigasu Sanyasa and Kriya yoga. When I first entered the institute, I never imagined the depth of the studies that I could access. Above all, I was able to become aware of the imminent need I had to deepen my spiritual path. I found two great teachers and life partners who knew how to quench my anxiety. I will be forever grateful. I met Fernando around the year 98/99 when he brought Ashtanga yoga to Arg. I have taken a workshop in India and I did not even come close to receiving the dedication, teaching and assistance that I had with him. Then 2 months before he settled in Peru I took the xi sui jing course...months after the end of the course my practice stagnated....I wrote to tell him...I received a video in response explaining what I needed to continue. That shows the kind of teacher he is. ...example of dedication, discipline and constant evolution in teaching....Thank you
