Since several years ago, Zenda yoga gained more presence in the market, it began to depersonalize the individual. I contacted the person in charge in Cajamarca since I came for a few days, with the intention of visiting the local; and I wanted to know what the options and expressed my interest in resuming my practice and at least sharing a session; or even reports, not the last greeting. Same thing happened when I wrote to the fan page months ago. So as before I took guests and spoke very well about the place, now I definitely wouldn't recommend. 👎👎👎

It's a welcoming environment that allows you to enjoy yoga with effort but without any pressure. The body and mind come to miss the sense of peace that comes with each session. Teachers are dedicated and inspiring people. ❤

Great session, I love getting back to yoga, in this space that is so welcoming, peaceful and beautiful. I definitely come out so much better than I came in and I feel like it’s the most valuable thing in the world to give myself time. It is wonderful, the teachers are incredible, the environment is welcoming and well organized. I recommend it!!! They also have a super quality Teacher Training program (teachers) and also super fun retreats not to be missed in Cajamarca, Mancora, Lobitos, Luna Huana, Cusco and Santa Eulalia...

This place came to change my opinion about yoga... Thanks to Zenda and the teachers I feel that I am advancing in the knowledge of my body and my mind... It is not easy but it can be done. Cheer up if you're thinking about it... Yoga is integral health.
