Vivian loves life and lives it to the MAX… she is funny, witty and smart. She travels the world to teach, train and certify Pilates instructors and as a Trainer of the Trainers. She is a mentor and mother not only to her daughter, Sheila, but also to her extended family of Fitness Trainers around the globe and most specially to her team of Pilates Instructors that she has trained here at her own studio. She has a generous heart that she offers scholarships to selected and deserving Filipinos to get the rare opportunity to be trained in International Standard of STOTT PILATES and thereafter gives them employment to be able to earn substantially without the need to travel abroad.

Vivian is a never ending student, who loves to study and better her skills and knowledge that she imparts to her whole Fitness family. She is not only an Instructor Trainer for STOTT PILATES, but she is a Pilates Rehab Specialist and Franklin Method Educator Level 1 and is still working on becoming a Level 3 Franklin Method Educator. Her business is to make people’s life better, by practicing and sharing the why’s and how’s of a healthy lifestyle!
