Urban Ashram Yoga Studio
Urban Ashram Manila was built to share our exploration of Yoga and build a community of like-minded individuals. We believe that a regular Yoga practice improves both the mind and body and helps everybody make more responsible choices for a healthier lifestyle. We want to share the benefits of a regular practice by making it accessible for everyone, regardless of age or previous experience.
The Urban Ashram Yoga studios are located in Pasig, Makati, and BGC. All are equipped to the highest standards: hardwood sprung floors, top quality mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets, and other useful props for a safe and effective practice. High ceilings, skylights, and windows allow for natural lighting, while soundproofing solutions minimize external distractions for a serene yoga experience. In line with the yogic principle of Ahimsa-- choosing the path of least harm-- all Urban Ashram Yoga studios are also designed, constructed, and operated in an environmentally friendly manner.
We aim to share the benefits of a regular practice by making it accessible for everyone, regardless of age or previous experience. Our instructors are committed to teaching a safe and progressive practice with precise, alignment-based direction.
FNR is a yoga foundations class designed to build your strength and improve body awareness to move intelligently into different poses. It is recommended for beginners and those who wish to refine their practice.
FNR Athletics expands on principles explored in FNR, and prepares the student to handle more complex work by balancing strength and range of motion. Recommended as cross-training for athletes, and for students who are looking to transition from FNR to Vinyasa.
Classes are built around sun salutations, and poses are sequenced in a thoughtful and creative order. Recommended for students who have been practicing yoga for at least 6 months. Open Level, Level 1 and Level 2/3 classes available.

Yoga Barn Studio
Welcome to the Yoga Barn Panglao! A charming little Yoga Studio, on Panglao Island, Bohol, Philippines. Our native building is set in 10,000 square metres of tropical garden, just 3.5 km away from the busy Alona Beach.
You will be surrounded by the sounds of Nature and refreshed by the gentle breeze running through the open structure of the classroom. The clear view of the trees and the green grass will please your eyes, your mind and your spirit.
From September 7th we will offer again daily classes, privates and workshops suitable for beginners, advanced and curious of all levels!
The Yoga Barn Panglao is the only dedicated Yoga facility on the Islands of Panglao and Bohol devoted to the Yoga community and to those who share a love for health and happy living.
The Barn is a beautiful open-air native structure set in 10,000 square meters of serene gardens just 5 minutes away from Alona Beach Panglao.
The upper floor, set amongst the canopy of our organic coconut trees, hosts daily Yoga classes, Meditation, Pranayama and workshops in clean fresh air surrounded by nature. Classes are suitable for beginners, advanced and curious of all levels.
The ground floor area is a great place to hang out, meet like-minded people, relax on a beanbag or grab a hammock and take in the sights and sounds of the animals we share our gardens with.
We are located on Panglao Island just off of Bohol in the region of Central Visayas , The Philippines. The area is renowned for world class scuba diving and snorkelling and offers easy access to the Chocolate Hills, Loboc River and the Tarsier Sanctuary in Carmen.

Our own garden and its produce cared for by our lovely Philippino family follows the natural rhythm of the seasons and is fertilised by our â€œHappy Cowsâ€.
