I went to Yishun outlet, see Dr Sajeeba, sign package. Find it did not met the expectation, not worth my time, not worth the money. I have done massage MANY times at various places and done ayurvedic thrice from India and SG. Doing it here, I do not find myself feeling better despite after 3 times. And there was this man at the Yishun counter very rude & fierce telling me I cannot do my therapy session when I arrived on 6th March 2018.
I requested to cancel and seek refund on 6 March. I gave Dr Sajeeba my DBS saving account number and told refund should be 3-5 work days. She said ok. The man said will submit to HQ.
Up till today, 21 March, I have NOT receive the refund in my bank account, no email, no SMS, no call, totally none. I deeply disappointed by Ayush level service, employee conduct, and this irresponsible attitude. When I called Yishun outlet, nobody answer the phone too. The Racecourse outlet is always crowded but this is what I experience when I went to the Yishun outlet.
I have specifically request Dr Sajeeba to drop the cheque for me to my DBS Saving account and I have given her my bank account number. More than 2 weeks have past and this is totally unacceptable!!
This is irresponsible attitude of Ayush!
