Sky Pilates was founded by a group of seasoned Pilates teachers and enthusiasts who wanted to share this amazing exercise form to enhance people’s lives. We come from varied backgrounds – lawyer, venture capitalist, banker, professional dancer, fitness instructor, physical therapist and architect.
We are one of Singapore’s earliest machine-based studios on Orchard Road. Sky Pilates was purpose-built – from the lighting to the equipment, we have put a lot of thought to enhance your Pilates experience. We have a group workout room with six Reformers, TRX® Suspension System, ballet barre for the Xtend Barre® workout, and the first CoreAlign® Group workout in Singapore with six CoreAlign® machines.
We are believers in quality – our teachers are all trained through internationally recognized Pilates certification programmes. The equipment is the top of the line from Balanced Body and even the class sizes are small with maximum of six in each class to ensure you receive maximum attention from the teacher.
In response to changing client needs, Sky Pilates has staff Physiotherapists who are also certified Pilates instructors who can treat acute cases and use Pilates to expedite clients’ return to health and function. If you have pain or injury, or recently had surgery, Physio-Pilates can give you an edge in your recovery.
