We offer yoga sessions off-site at your workplace on an ad-hoc or a regular basis, based on you and your company’s needs. Classes are designed for a multi-level practice, and are tailored no matter whether this will be your first time trying out yoga, or if you are a regular practitioner. Check out our rates for the various location options. KYAP – KNOW YOUR ASANA PROGRAM. Colloquially, “kyap” is to clench, which is a common instructive cue you would hear in yoga classes. This course is designed specially for yoga students who are new to the practice or to those who want to learn alignment for popular poses. If you have been coming for Yoga classes for a while but feel like you lack understanding of what you are doing and how you are supposed to be moving, this is the program for you! You’ll learn how to safely enter poses, go deeper and modify them to suit your body. You’ll also learn breath techniques and walk away equipped with a sequence you can practice on your own at home. With your new found confidence, nothing can stop you! This course is conducted by Melanie and Stefanie across two days. They will cover a series of over 30 poses including sun salutations (surya namaskara). SUFFIAN THURI One of his students describes him as “the most personality in a yoga teacher in Singapore” which would give you a big hint to the engaging and fun group classes that he teaches. On the the flip side, Suffian is a serious student of yoga history and philosophy, and his heart lies in the study of religion.
