This is the best studio for mind, body spirit. It's not a yoga gym. Family oriented and special. There's nothing out there like this space. The teachers are world class and a variety of styles are offered. Ishta is part of my tribe.

I absolutely love this place. The people here are just magical. If you ever need a place to stretch your body, mind and emotions, this is definitely the place to be. The people here do a lot more than just "yoga".

The Ishta Yoga Studio is one of the most amazing yoga studios in Johannesburg. Many times in class I feel that the spiritual practice that's joyfully practiced, ripples out into the rest of Johannesburg and helps keep the crazy city sane. Joining in on a class or any of the activities is like a luxurious wilderness retreat in the heart of the city.
