An amazing journey, taking place from the Yoga origins through the eternal ocean of philosophy and history into contemporary asana practice. Also great opportunity to study ancient teaching of Pranayama , Kriyas, Karma Yoga and more. Self-awareness and self-realization , discipline and ability to focus, - that what is relevant for me in physical Asana practice, and Natalie has deep understanding and skills to learn from. I will never forget my path through Death meditation guided by Natalie, its literally changed my life. We all, Yoga students and our teacher , became one big family , sharing miracle reports, helping each other , leaning from each other to love and to support. Yoga has changed our life and open our hearts, made us compassionate and in need to contribute to the humanity!
