I've never been a hugely flexible person and often shied away from the thought of yoga. However, I recently started incorporating yoga into my schedule and wow how I have seen the improvements (even in my daily small tasks)! Stephanie Kets makes the class fun, adapts to YOUR experience - instead of having a standard class that you must try battle through, and you always leave the class feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and at peace. A MUST TRY for everyone - Kids to grannies! Highly highly highly recommend 🙂
