YogaJo is the best yoga studio in Johannesburg, when you feel down and out, and you just finished a class you feel so good so rejuvenated and you know you have found a friend for life, your always welcomed with open arms and a smile you never feel like your not a part of something, when in actual fact your a part of everything!!! I love YogaJo!!!!! YogaJo is still a place called second to home, where you can pack all your troubles aside for an hour and take the time out of the busy world to take care of yourself, you always get greeted with a smile and a big hug 🤗, Jolene is a wonderful yoga instructor that takes care of the needs of your body through yoga, a place you can still call home away from home with wonderful yogis that's always there to love and support and heels a helping hand 🖐️.. Yoga jo is my safe place. The classes are Challenging, fun and different every week. I started my yoga journey with her just over a year ago and I can’t get enough. Jo really is a professional and amazing yoga instructor!

Yogo Jo is one of the most intelligible and knowledgeable yoga teachers I have come across. She is also sweet and kind and everyone walks out of her class smiling. I personally like my yoga to be more meditative, but this is not a fault in anyway. You will have the most fun at yoga with Jo.

I have been practicing Yoga with Jo for over a year now and every week is different from the last. I believe I am in tune with myself more now than I’ve ever been in my life and the calmness that I get after a class I carry with me throughout the day! Jo is fantastic and a brilliant teacher to have as each week I continue to grow on this journey!

I'm really loving getting back into yoga after a few years. It's a light hearted, fun atmosphere where you are encouraged to listen to your body and also guided into the poses in a way that helps achieve the pose more easily. I love that my muscles are always sore afterwards, it proof that I have had a great yoga session!!!

Jo puts hours of care and thought into her weekly classes that develop your skill and fitness levels as the week progresses. Classes are fun and challenging and offer a joyful, positive and caring environment to help you strengthen your body, mind and soul. Jo is knowledgable and is accommodating to all levels of fitness and flexibility of her students.
