Amazing experience. Wonderful kind and joyous people, knowledgeable, encouraging & talented. I arrived knackered, with no clue how I was going to get myself back on track & 6 days later I had shifted 9lb, participated in activities I never thought I would be capable of, & have adopted a clean eating plan. A week spent with the best possible folk to whom I am indebted.

I’ve visited twice and loved every minute! Not always in real time... on some of the walks I was not happy! Though always on reflection a fantastic feeling of achievement. Of course the key factor is the people you meet.. other guests, the volunteer and of course the caring, dedicated team lead by J and G on hand to provide just what YOU need. With some special attention from Pye who adds a caring dimension like no other. After a week, you look, feel and think differently. The change in a week is stand out you will not be disappointed. The best self care you could wish for.

It’s a great place to Rewind, Relax and Rebalance. Exercise if you want it. Walks, yoga, and swimming. Fantastic food. Lots of treatments can be taken. Very very peaceful. If you want to just keep yourself to yourself that’s fine. But I have met some lovely people here. You can just be.

Have just been for our 2nd time. As always...have left with heavy heart but feel so good, fit, healthy and d-toxd! Staff amazing, food and juices incredible and activities first-rate. See you again soon.....

Absolutely wonderful place to re-balance mind body and soul and to truly get away from the hectic and toxic city lifestyle. I met amazing supportive and friendly retreat-mates and the team are so encouraging professional and empathetic if you have a particular problem you are battling with. You never get bored as there are always classes activities and walks in which to participate if you want to - or you can relax by the pool or go for your own walks and me time. Superb 5 star food and juices. Honestly I never knew vegan food could be so delicious ( although the also offer fish and chicken dishes) and juicing does not leave you hungry - a revelation! I’d recommend d toxd to everyone .

Wonderful place to escape and reflect. I visited a few years ago, came away feeling a lot lighter...not just my weight! Classes were excellent and food was scrummy. All the staff are so warm and friendly, it's like being with a giant hug! ?? Particularly enjoyed the morning yoga and walks. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed my first visit very much and would definitely recommend to my friends. I liked the combination of exercise, treatments and chill out time. The food was delicious and the juicing was easier and more enjoyable than I anticipated. The other guests were great and we formed a strong bond. If I get a chance to go back I will try and go when the weather is cooler as exercise and walking was very hard work given it was the height of summer.
