The best Pilates center in Murcia! I have been here for 2 years and from the first moment the attention could not have been better. The teachers are excellent, the classes dynamic and varied. I didn't know about machine Pilates before and now I can't live without it. I am currently pregnant and it has become a necessary routine to better deal with all the discomforts of pregnancy. 100% recommendable! The teachers are great professionals, they teach you how to strengthen your body by developing muscles properly and with a wide variety of exercises. I do Pilates with the machine and on the floor. They offer different levels. The schedule is varied and the offer in other training is wide. The treatment is always very good and close. They take great care of hygiene and the place is new. Doing Pilates at Nexo has been a discovery for me and that staying in shape can be fun and satisfying at the same time.

I started at Nexo the day it opened and I'm still here, for a reason: I really like the classes of all the classes. teachers: Nieves, Elena, Ana and now (sorry I haven't learned it yet) a physiotherapist. From time to time we sign up for extra classes (fat burning, strength...) And with our classmates, great. In agreement with everything said out there regarding cleanliness and everything new. Ah!
