This room is one of the best yoga places I have ever visited. At the same time humble and full of simplicity, it is taken care of down to the last detail and as soon as you enter, an incredible peace invades you. Marta is wonderful, her voice and her classes transport you to an inner journey in the present moment. The sensations it transmits are incredible and how you can notice the difference between before and after each class, both in the body and in the mind. I recommend it and will always recommend it.
