I have been a patient of this clinic for 5 years now, and of course after having visited other clinics before, I still think that there is no one better than this one. Firstly, the long hours it has, which are from 9 in the morning to 9 at night. Then the familiar treatment with all the staff who works there, without any exception, And in addition to the beautiful facilities they have that make your eyes happy. They also have an ultrasound to see any type of injury much better, in my case they detected it very early thanks to it and from there, they began to give me advanced physiotherapy, which is very worth it. Once again I have attended CSI, since arrival, received with a big smile and friendliness; the physio session led by María José, as always being cared for by a magnificent professional, who knows what she is doing and is involved with the patient in the treatment of their pathology. I went because I have many contractures. The treatment was very warm from the beginning. They gave me an appointment right away when I called the receptionist, Alicia, very professional and very punctual to pick me up. Conchi, the physiotherapist, took my medical history and treated me, telling me stretches and guidelines to follow at home in addition to organizing subsequent appointments for improvement. DISAPPOINTING. I have been to several physios in my life and now I am very happy with the one I go to. However, in this company I have seen everything. Their workers, when you gain confidence and talk to you while they treat you, criticize their bosses saying that they hardly pay them and that the working conditions are very bad. One of her workers did tighten my muscles and did a good job to eliminate contractures, but from one day to the next she disappeared and I was left hanging with the bonus. One day, one of their workers did it so badly to me that I couldn't get up from the stretcher and we had to call an ambulance. Well, they neither apologized nor wanted to give me back the sessions I had left. I asked for a change of physio and we were in the same situation... they don't have strength or they don't know how to push. If you are athletes and need someone with experience in sports contractures, do not go to this clinic. Thank you.

My back is much better since I started going to this clinic, they gave me a wonderful treatment and I still go 3 times a week to do Pilates and physiotherapy, I feel stronger and more cheerful
