This is an excellent yoga studio. I've had the privilege of living and practicing around the world, and I'm grateful to have access to such wonderful teachers here in this small city. There is something for everyone here: strong, creative vinyasa flows, traditional ashtanga, restorative yin, and Hatha to deepen knowledge of poses, among others. Thank you Irene, Laura, and all the other teachers for providing such great teaching

I have gone to several yoga places to practice the discipline and I stay with Irene 100%. Even though I'm not the best student by any means because it's hard for me, Irene has given me a lot of cool things. After a nose operation, breathing is different and you realize everything you do wrong. Thanks to yoga I have been able to discover a way of breathing that benefits me not only in yoga but also in other sports activities. In addition to that, having that hour and a half of relaxation on Wednesday mornings, solely for myself and to learn to know myself better, means that, as a freelancer, I manage to have a kit kat in my work routine, giving peace and balance to my week.
