Meeting Susana and her SusiZen yoga center is one of the best experiences of my life. It is much more than yoga, it is rebirth, rebuilding yourself, learning to value what is important and manage the negative. It is discovering your body again and feeling flexible and light. Wonderful site with a teacher from whom you can learn new, interesting things every day and who teaches in a simple and loving way. Absolutely recommended.
