Of all the places where I have done pilates, attitude pilates is the best by far. It is a class with very few people, usually 5, so the teacher is always watching over you, helping you do the exercises correctly so that you don't hurt yourself and get all the benefits of practicing Pilates. There is a very good atmosphere in her classes, especially because Mayte, the teacher, is not only a super-prepared and competent professional but she is also a beautiful person with a very beautiful way of being that wraps the class in an oasis for stress diary. When I'm in class, the outside world stops and it's just me and practicing Pilates, which has never happened to me before, is very comforting. I recommend 100% Pilates attitude to take care of yourself, body and soul.
