I arrived at EOI five years ago, after having attended 2 other centers. In my opinion, at EOI they teach yoga in the most complete way, with a comprehensive approach (body, mind and spirit) and deep knowledge, adapting to each person and inviting them to progress in practice to the extent of each person's capacity and personal moment.
