I had a really amazing experience here! I am travelling through Palma and while here I wanted to find the right physio or personal trainer to help me get back moving my body again after struggling a lot this year with a herniated disk and sciatica and having very limited mobility. I was very nervous to come here because I did not want to do the wrong exercises and cause more pain in my back. However immediately after the first session I had with Flor I knew I came to the right place. Flor could not have been more amazing! I did five sessions with her over the course of a week, during which she taught me so many practical ways to improve the way I exercise. She has an incredible knowledge on the human anatomy and overall was such a great teacher. Since my first session here I have regained certain mobility in my leg that I did not have before and I have gained so much confidence in my ability to exercise correctly which is very exciting for me to now feel I have the tools and knowledge to build up my fitness again. The Pilates studio itself is lovely- very big and lots of equipment - all very clean and tidy. The atmosphere is really nice also! The owner was very friendly, a lovely atmosphere from all the teachers and students here. Again would highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of having María José accompanying me in my motherhood process. It has been a wonderful few months where he has supported me and helped me in everything he could. I have had a great pregnancy, thanks to her I have not had a single pain, on the contrary I have felt stronger and healthier than ever. She has been a great pillar on this path, for her brutal professionalism and for her empathy and human warmth. He accompanied me until the day before I gave birth. If I were a mother again I would choose her without a doubt!!

Since I started a few years ago, they have had and continue to have very good monitors. At least in my personal experience that has been the case. Many facilities to adapt and make up classes that you cannot attend. Already on the first day of class I noticed positive effects on my lower back area, which has always been my "workhorse." HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have been going to a Pilates machine twice a week for two years and in my experience this center is much better than other Pilates centers I have tried. My teacher, Elisa, explains everything very well and makes sure that each movement is done correctly. I do Pilates to avoid tennis-related injuries and pain, and since going to Aequus, I don't have any pain. Plus, they are very flexible if I need to make up a class. The groups are small and there is a good atmosphere. Now I couldn't be without coming. I recommend this center to everyone!

I have been there for many years (since it began its journey) I am delighted because it is good for me physically and mentally. All instructors are perfect and attentive to everyone. My regular instructor MªJosé is fantastic. Totally recommendable.

After a sciatica attack a year ago, I started taking weekly classes with María-José. I like his gentle and dynamic approach. I notice that my abs have become stronger and my posture is better. I chose this center because of the attention paid to the details of movements and posture correction.

I love going to Pilates machine, I feel restored every time I go and Paloma, my instructor, is a lovely person and an excellent teacher, she is very attentive to the students and corrects you at the slightest mistake so that you can perform the exercise well. I also mention Louisiana because every class I have done with her I have loved her demands and professionalism. Thank you for these good professionals who help us take care of our body and our posture.

I started two years ago with floor Pilates twice a week and I am delighted, I feel much better, more agile and the joint and back pain have disappeared. Specialized professionals who in each class evaluate your abilities and manage to motivate you to obtain better results, always modifying the exercises according to the needs of each of the clients. My instructor is Luciana and I am delighted, she gets us to meet new objectives by trusting in our abilities. Very happy and I recommend it to anyone to improve their quality of life on a daily basis.

He always made sure to adapt the classes to my specific needs, giving me the confidence and support I needed at every stage. I discovered Pilates thanks to this center and I couldn't be happier! All the teachers are really professional and attentive. There is a climate of cordiality and it is clear that everyone is happy to help the students. Paloma is very tough, but the best teacher! I definitely recommend them with eyes closed.

I started with Maria José a year and a half ago and I fell in love with Pilates! Thanks to her for her position. I had never liked him before. And now, that I have left Mallorca, I am tired of trying centers and teachers... I don't like any of them!! Both the center and Maria José left the bar very high!!!
