Estudio Aequus 2

I started Aequs 2 a few days ago and my evaluation is more than positive. Brian is my ideal machine Pilates teacher: Perfectionist, attentive, adapts the classes to the participants and always trying to improve.

I recommend this center 100%. I came in because I had 2 herniated discs and I couldn't move. In less than 2 years I am competing at the national level in canoeing. I worked a lot with Elena at first and then with Brian. They both do spectacular work, personalized and adapted to each injury. In short, a 10.

Doing pilates at this studio is amazing, they have all the material necessary to do a complete class. Classes are semi-private, small groups. What I would highlight the most is the instructor BRIAN, he is an incredible person, capable of bringing out the best in each student. He gives his all in his work and knows perfectly well the pathologies that his students have, in order to be able to adapt or modify the exercises. In this type of training, it is very important that they have this information to be able to reach everyone. In my case I can say that I have been practicing this discipline for years and the progress I have made with this instructor I had never achieved before. You just have to do a class with him to see how incredible he is and what a dynamic type of training he is. Get you to go to training with enthusiasm and motivation.

Although I have been doing Pilates with Estudio Aequus for years, I have only had three strength training classes with Brian and I am delighted. He is a great trainer and the classes are very enjoyable and personalized to each person's abilities. Each class helps me have better physical and mental abilities. I recommend it for everyone.

Since they opened the center, more than a decade ago, I have been receiving classes at this center. Friendly and very well prepared staff. The ailments that I have suffered throughout these years have been disappearing thanks to the work of the instructors who have known how to transmit the exercises that I had to perform. I love it, I can't say anything but good things. The facilities are super good. María José (my coach) is super attentive, always aware of our postures and always correcting. And super nice. She is full of energy and very professional. I have been to other pilates centers and without a doubt this is the best. The atmosphere among colleagues is also very pleasant. Paloma is also my coach from time to time and as with María José, I can only say good things. For his youth he is very professional, a charm. Both María José and Paloma remember your name in minute one, and that makes you feel very good as a newbie. I have received very unprofessional treatment. Through a phone call we agreed on a day to start specialized classes for pregnant women. I went on the indicated day, the girl at the reception, very friendly, showed me the locker room and I changed to start. Minutes passed and no one appeared, neither the other pregnant women nor the teacher. The girl at the reception called the teacher, who treated her terribly because at first she hung up the phone on her and barely gave her an explanation. The girl at the reception very kindly tried to explain to me what had been canceled and they had not notified me. Ok, it's okay, we all make mistakes. He took note of my information and we agreed that they would call me to confirm my next class. I'm still waiting for the call. Not even an apology message. The truth is that I find it a shameful deal. Luckily I have already found another center specialized in pregnant women where they take very good care of me and I feel supported and in the hands of professionals.

After a year of going to pilates class with Maria José, the improvement has been very notable. I have forgotten about back pain and am able to rest at night. Maria José is always looking forward to correcting your postures to perform the exercises well, enjoyable and very varied classes. Very recommendable!!

Great treatment, Pilates classes great floor, ideal capacity, very attentive and competent teacher, but facilities are already neglected, there is a difference from one center to the other; We have been demanding new items in our center, rims without pads, deformed roller... As soon as this is corrected it will be a 10!!!!

I have been going to the center for many years and the method of giving me the exercise classes and the physical movements that they design for us are unbeatable. During the years that I have been going to the center I have noticed in my daily life and in the practice of golf that I have strengthened and balanced my body. I also go to the physiotherapist every month to check up on myself and I am very satisfied, they are great professionals. In terms of overall quality and service, they are the best in Mallorca.

For me the best center in all of Palma. After several months of going for back problems, the physio has managed to leave me feeling like new. I have to say that Marina is a true professional and charming. I recommend it 100%, the center itself is very good and the treatment received has been great.
