My experience at the European Yoga School has been deeply transformative, both personally and professionally. Each lesson and practice not only provided me with knowledge about yoga, but also offered me new perspectives on my life. What I appreciate most is the deep knowledge I gained and the personal growth I experienced. My teacher, an expert and passionate, shared her wisdom in an accessible and understandable way, guiding me to overcome my own limitations and evolve in areas I was unaware of. All courses, from teaching to master's and those I continue to do, are designed to offer complete and enriching learning. European Yoga School changed my vision of what yoga is. The comprehensive yoga taught at the school is for everyone, from children to people with limited mobility, beginners and advanced yogis. The training is so complete, you not only learn how to set up your yoga class, but also yoga philosophy, anatomy, pranayama, mantras, meditation, different styles of yoga and much more. The theoretical and practical classes are spread over time so that you can adapt easily and have time to practice what learned. The teachers are very flexible with the practices. Thank you Belen (Lakshmi) and Maribel (DurgaMa) for all the teaching, patience and for your vocation in what you do with heart!

I trained at the school in 2023 and it was a few months of learning and growth, with a wonderful group and a lot of connection with the teachers, Belen and Maribel. A very enriching experience that I recommend both for your personal growth and if you are thinking about teaching yoga classes.
