From the first class, Natalia makes you feel like you are part of the family and the intimate shala feels like home. Natalia gives amazing adjustments and I always feel so safe in her hands. She is professional and dedicated as well as having a genuine love for everyone there and a wonderful sense of humour. To practice at Ashtanga House Mallorca and especially with Natalia is a true blessing that I am so grateful I found.

Do yourself a favour and join Natalia in her shala. She is an experienced, knowledgeable and simply wonderful yoga teacher — full of positive energy, a great sense of humour and strong presence. Was fortunate to practice with her regularly when she lived in Stockholm — and miss her very much!

An authentic place, without posturing, everything I need to find concentration and focus in my practice. Natalia transmits security and confidence to help you overcome the mental blocks that you generate yourself. An ideal place to practice regularly. Very good in adjustment without forcing, with energy and guiding you little by little so that you yourself perceive and seek alignment. Thank you!

Natalia is a wonderful teacher, her adjustments are just what you need! Great dedication and professionalism. His sense of humor also makes going to Ashtanga fun. Is the best!!

The teacher talks/cites the postures but does not do the exercises. It doesn't correct you too much either. He just walks around and then charges you 15 euros for the class. The class in theory lasts 1h45mins but at 1h10mins the relaxation begins and it's over. Relaxation is that you lie on the floor and she while she is outside with her cell phone. Whenever you want you get up and go. It seemed like a real joke to me, there are much cheaper places in Palma and better ones, and the ones that are just as expensive as this one are a real blast (like Zunray)

I'm on vacation in Mallorca for a few days, this room was recommended to me and I would also recommend it to everyone. A great practice and if I lived here I would like to do Ashtanga here.

A teacher with a lot of experience, close and who gets you hooked on yoga. I am very excited about my practice. The center is cozy and spacious. Highly recommended
