Kundalini yoga, The Yoga of Awareness , is experienced by many as profound, dynamic and versatile. You can expect a moment of deep relaxation as well as much-needed stimulation, as you work to activate and balance the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems. You use different breathing techniques, movements and sound vibrations for the whole body & your senses. When you attend on site, you can expect tea, water and snacks included in the price, as well as a mat, blanket and seat cushion. Show up no later than 10 minutes before the class to wash your hands & land on the mat in peace and quiet. The online classes are via Zoom.
