MediYoga (medical yoga) is a therapeutic form of yoga that combines the ancient yogic tools with modern Western science. Through soft simple movements, deep relaxation and meditation, MediYoga activates the body's self-healing system. Conscious breathing runs like a common thread throughout the entire yoga session, and the exercises are adapted to your ability at the moment.
