Through simple yoga and meditation techniques, we help stiff to become flexible, hungover to become energetic, depressed to become happy and stressed to become harmonious - all to transform your body and you into a well-being individual. We are a yoga school. We see yoga as an organic way of moving the body and teach only the classical yoga tradition that has been used for thousands of years. In addition to physical yoga, our yoga courses also include breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation , so that all of this fits together.
