We teach classical yoga in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya that can be practiced by anyone regardless of physical ability, age or prior knowledge. We use yoga equipment adapted to your needs. Yoga in Malmö offers yoga courses, private lessons, corporate yoga, yoga therapy consultations, etc. One of Krishnamacharya's main messages was that yoga should always be adapted to meet each individual's unique abilities, needs and life situation. Another characteristic is that breathing is central to the practice of yoga with an effort to maintain a calm and conscious breath throughout the practice. We strive for yoga to be as individualized as possible, even in group lessons, and therefore have small groups, with a maximum of around 12 participants. On our courses, we deepen the knowledge of yoga step by step, the lessons are theme-based and partly different from time to time. Regardless of the orientation you choose, each lesson includes body movements, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation exercises, as well as concepts from the ancient philosophy of yoga.
