Yogama Yoga i Storvreta

A warm welcome to Yogama Yogama is a yoga company run by me, Marika Andersson. I have been studying and practicing yoga since 2005 and am passionate about sharing everything I have learned and am learning along my journey. I hold yoga courses in a cozy room in Uppsala at Ekeby bruk and in Storvreta on Vintergatsvägen. As I work with smaller groups, there is more time and space for each individual to be seen and receive individual help. My long experience has given me a unique ability to adapt postures and movements so that it suits each unique individual based on where they are at the moment. If you do not have the opportunity to do yoga on site with me, you can follow a course via facebook live or take an online course where you can do yoga exactly when you want during the day. If you prefer to receive completely individual guidance, you can book private lessons with me . If you want me to come to your company and hold yoga, you book me for corporate yoga .
