I've always been interested in freediving but never had a chance to learn. Last year I heard about the free diving course opening up in Bangkok, and it's a PADI curriculum so I signed up without hesitation. Before I took the course, I can only hold my breath for a minute and a half in the pool. Immediately after learning the proper techniques and trying it, I was able to double my time to about 3 minutes. Today, I can do about 4 and a half minutes. I could hardly believe myself when my dive buddy clocked the time. To improve in freediving, you need to feel safe, well-informed, and motivated. N'Ploy is able to provide me with all of the above. You feel confident being with her underwater. She can answer all your questions, and she is able to push me further than I ever could on my own. Overall, I would like to recommend this course to any ocean lovers. Bangkok freediving is the best urban escape. It's my favorite way to relax the body and the mind.
